Thoughts on a Course Syllabus

My basic idea for a course syllabus was always based in the idea that it would be very welcoming and friendly, but without giving off the idea that the class would be overly easy. Actually, at first, I wanted to come off as extremely difficult yet friendly, but I toned down that idea over time, as I couldn't actually figure out a way to get those ideas working together well.
